Our bikes are assembled in our South Carolina production facility using imported parts.  Individual parts are painted at our powder coating facility, then assembled & checked for quality by American workers. You can learn more about our facility here:

White Glove Service is a wonderful add-on that allows customers to ship their bike to their nearest bike store for assembly. We'll reach out to arrange everything for you.

Yes!  You can adjust your seated height and handlebar angle on the bike to fit your height and riding preferences.  You can read about how to make those adjustments in your bikes manual.  You may download it here.

Returns can be made on Classic and Curated models within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.  The bike must be in unused condition and in its original packaging.  You can see our full return policy here:
